Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PLAI Cube, operated by GaloGroup Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit plaicube.ai or participate in our beta program.

Information We Collect

Device and usage information

When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the site — including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time spent. This information is collected via analytics services described below.

Payment and contact information

When you submit a beta reservation, you are directed to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe collects your email address and payment details directly. We receive a confirmation of payment and your email address from Stripe; we do not store your card number or full billing address on our own servers.

We use collected information to:

Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following processors to deliver our services:

Stripe — payment processing. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Umami Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics hosted at stats.khabaroff.studio. Umami collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, referral source, approximate location based on IP) without identifying individual users or setting cookies.

Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 — we use GTM to load GA4, which collects usage behavior, session data, and conversion events. Google may use cookies to identify returning visitors. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel — may be used for advertising measurement. If active, Meta collects browsing and conversion data. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and Tracking

Our own site does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) may set cookies in your browser. You can control cookies via your browser settings; note that blocking cookies may affect analytics but will not impact your ability to use the site.

We do not currently display a cookie consent banner. If required by applicable law for your jurisdiction, we will implement one.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained per each provider’s standard retention policy (typically 14 months for GA4). Payment records and associated email addresses are retained as long as necessary to fulfill our legal and business obligations — generally up to 7 years for financial records. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

EU/EEA residents (GDPR): GaloGroup Ltd is registered in Latvia (EU) and subject to GDPR. We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (processing your reservation), legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention), and legal obligation. To exercise your rights, contact us at hi@plaicube.ai.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale of your data. We do not sell personal information.

Children’s Privacy

PLAI Cube is a product designed for children, but our website — including beta reservations — is intended for adults (parents and guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at hi@plaicube.ai so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to beta participants.
