Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using plaicube.ai or participating in the PLAI Cube beta program. By accessing the site or submitting a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

PLAI Cube is a product operated by GaloGroup Ltd, a company registered in Latvia (Muitas 3F, Daugavpils, LV-5401, Latvia). These terms govern your use of plaicube.ai and participation in our early-access beta program.

2. Using the Site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without our written permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to deny access to the site to anyone for any reason.

3. Beta Reservation and Deposit

What the deposit is. The $5 beta reservation deposit secures your place in the PLAI Cube early-access beta program. It is a real charge, not a free sign-up.

Product status. PLAI Cube is currently in development. By reserving a spot, you acknowledge that the product has not yet been released and that release timelines may change.

Refunds. If we are unable to fulfill your beta reservation — for example, if the product does not ship — we will refund your deposit in full. Outside of this, deposits are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you have a concern about your deposit, contact us at hi@plaicube.ai and we will work with you in good faith.

Payments. All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a reservation, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of PLAI Cube and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

6. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on the site.

We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, or that it will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAI Cube and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the beta program. Our total liability for any claim related to the beta deposit shall not exceed the amount you paid ($5).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
